Dry land and Irrigated agriculture Industry

Tanzania has not developed in agriculture industry both in dry land and irrigated agriculture industry. But the partnership between dry land and irrigated agriculture provides opportunities for crops and livestock diversification and value-added processing, which provide a ready market for much of Tanzania’s primary agricultural production.
Irrigation is practiced on about only 135,000 hectares out of 30million hectares, which represents about 5 percent of Tanzania’s arable land base, and. Dry land is practiced on about only 9million hectares, out of 48.8 hectares which represents about 18.4 percent of Tanzania’s arable land base, and. Pastureland is made up of 61.3 mill ha of out of which only 35.5 mill ha in use,(or 57.9%) is permanent
As Tanzania has enough land for agriculture but poor in technology, by innovation and leadership, Pure African crops through business ventures globally intends progressively to expand Agriculture in both Dry Land and Irrigated Industry on Our country.
